How are the hotels Exclusively Ours?
We have taken over all of our hotels entirely to provide a curated experience, designed specifically for you. In addition, each hotel must adhere to our elevated health and safety protocols.
What’s the Villa experience?
We’ve hand-picked the nicest villas on the Island just for you. Get a crew together and have your own private oasis starting at just $899 per person. Your dedicated concierge can pre-stock your villa with groceries, book massages, excursions, private chef, and assist with arranging transportation.
Can I stay somewhere else?
For guest safety and to enjoy the epic Utopia experience, all guests should stay at one of our Exclusive Hotels or Private Villas.
How do I get around the Island?
All our venues are steps away, creating the most intimate experience. In addition to taxis, there’s also tons of golf carts and bicycles available to rent… Trick them out with LED lights and let’s light up the night! Contact Julia to reserve at julia@everythingmailtoisla.com.
What if I have to leave early?
No problem. There are ferries that run every hour from 7AM-11PM. See schedule here. If you need to depart outside these hours, you may charter a private water taxi by contacting Julia at julia@everythingisla.com Prices start at $175 for upto 4 guests.
What are the food options?
Isla is known for its incredible restaurants. In addition, all our Hotels have dining options on-site and most of our rooms are equipped with Kitchenettes and/or refrigerators.
Can I come solo?
Yes, all our events are designed to bring our community together. You can either book a 2-person room now and figure out your roommate later – all passes are fully transferable! OR you can request to book a solo spot in a 2-person room with another solo traveler.
Can I extend my stay?
For sure. Isla Mujeres is an amazing destination. Contact us and we will help make those arrangements.
What’s the weather like?
April is the best time of year to visit Isla Mujeres. Utopia will be hot and sunny every day, with temperatures in the 80s. With its crystal clear blue waters, white sand beaches and laid back vibes, it is true paradise.
What are the hotel amenities?
We hand-picked the best hotels on the Island for the ultimate experience. Enjoy world class service and amenities, including WiFi, A/C, daily housekeeping, and the magic of being right on the beach.
How do I get to Utopia?
Fly into Cancun Airport and arrive in paradise in style. Ferries run every 30 minutes from Cancun.
Should I get travel insurance?
We highly recommend booking travel insurance with Cancel For Any Reason protection, so that if you choose to cancel, even if related to coronavirus, you may have financial protection. Click here to search for policies. Please note this is a time-sensitive upgrade. You must purchase within 14 days.
What if uninvited people attempt to attend?
We will have trained and licensed security personnel to prevent unauthorized entry. All security and medical professionals onsite will be subject to our elevated safety protocols.
Will activities and programming be outdoors?
Yes, the magic of Isla Mujeres and perfect weather allows us to produce all open-air events.
Will food and alcohol be sold at the festival?
Yes, food and cocktails will be available at all venues.
Is there a refrigerator in my room?
Yes, all rooms at our host hotels have refrigerators.
What is the VIP White Glove Service?
For select guests looking for an elevated experience, upgrade your Utopia experience. Enjoy VIP Check-in and a Dedicated Concierge available via text or phone throughout your stay to assist with table and restaurant reservations, excursions and other experiences to ensure the most memorable vacation!
